Fear No More: Lhotse Mala
This mala is made with light gray agate beads and a camel pendant as a guru bead. Inspired by the graceful, contemplative camels at Fear No More Zoo in Northern California, specifically for a camel named Lhotse.
Lhotse, son of the Great Everest and Tilly. Lhotse is very sweet like his mother and enjoys the company of the humans very much. Lhotse also likes to work on keeping HiHo in line by never passing up the opportunity to bite him on the butt.
Lhotse has developed tendon laxity in his fetlocks/front ankles, he was unable to receive injections to correct the problem so far as he had incredible resistance to the drugs used for the procedure. He continues on with the herd and their movements in an unproblematic way and seems capable of adjusting to the subtle disability so far.
